![]() If it's not resolved on Saturday, I'm filing a complaint with the the BBB and going to ask for monetary compensation for wasted time. They said they'd work on it and call me back on Saturday. Yesterday, got a collections letter in the mail and spent 3.5 hours trying to resolve it.I asked for a guarantee in writing that the issue was resolved. She said she transferred the remaining balance of the payment plan ($299) to my actual account. Spent 2 hours on the phone trying to figure out why I had two accounts. A few weeks later, I got a letter in the mail, stating that Verizon would be automatically charging my bank $1099 for the iphone (letter listed the incorrect account/phone number).Called to figure out why it wasn't my account number and phone number.The paperwork had my personal information, but a different account number and a new phone number.Ordered a new phone ($800 off w/an eligible trade-in for iphone 13).Opened a new account, requested to transfer my number.I work as a consultant so lost time = lost money.
